New Rebated Fees & Charges

It has been over 10 years since we have made significant changes to our rebated fees. Banking has changed a lot in this time, technology has evolved and provided new ways of accessing your accounts to do your banking. We have adjusted our fees to reflect these changes and make it fairer for you, our Members.

New rebated fees & charges will take effect from 1 November 2024.

What rebated fees & charges are changing?

EFTPOS fee: Old fee: $1, New fee: free Yes, you can now use your card in confidence knowing that we will not charge you a fee when you use your card (or digital card on your phone) at the checkout or online. This means you can tap or insert your card (including get cash out at the checkout) knowing you will not be charged a fee by us.

ATM withdrawal, ATM balance inquiry: Old fee: $1.75, New fee: $2.50 We have not raised our ATM fees in over 10 years. We still believe that cash is a very important part of banking and we will do our utmost to always make it accessible to you. Unfortunately, we have had to increase the ATM fees to cover increased servicing and network costs.

Member Relationship Rebate

We have changed how our fee rebate works to make it easier to understand and fairer for all Members. The 'Member Relationship Rebate' replaces the old 'Member Loyalty Program'. The Member Relationship Rebate is based on the total of average monthly balances of your loans, drawn down overdraft balance, savings and investment accounts linked under the one Membership number.

Balances of $5,000 or more = $1 rebate per whole thousand.

Example: If you have an average of a $10,000 loan and $3,000 in an account your total of $13,000 will give you a $13 rebate for that month.
